Hoa Nguyen, Board Member
Hoa is an associate at Locke Lord in Dallas. She graduated from Texas A&M School of Law in 2017 after completing her undergrad at Texas A&M in 2014. She served as a Judicial Clerk for U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana from 2017-18.
Hoa Nguyen concentrates her practice on aviation litigation. She has measured experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including defending against wrongful death, personal injury, and toxic exposures in state and federal courts around the country. Previously, she worked on one of the biggest export control compliance cases in U.S. history that involved the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and U.S. sanctions laws.
