Kelly Christy, Board Member
Kelly Christy is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas. Kelly always planned on attending A&M as she is a 2nd generation Aggie and has many Aggies in her family. While attending Texas A&M Kelly was an involved student. She was a member of the Pre Law-Society and Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and worked as a transfer student peer mentor.
In 2018, Kelly graduated magna cum laude earning her Bachelor of Science degree in political science. She continued her education at South Texas College of Law. There she was a member of the Aggie Law Students Association. In 2021, Kelly graduated magna cum laude from South Texas earning her Juris Doctor degree.
Kelly currently works as an associate at Rapp & Krock, PC, focusing her practice on business, real estate, and civil litigation with a focus on copyright law. She is an active member of the Houston Bar Association in the litigation section. She is also on the HBA Fun Run Committee and participates in their Food from the Bar Campaign. Kelly is also a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and frequents their events. When not volunteering her time elsewhere, Kelly plays recreational sand volleyball and enjoys trying different restaurants around Houston.
