Lynne Nash, Board Member
Lynne Nash is an Attorney Mediator working with Burdin Mediations in Dallas, TX. She also practices law through her own firm, Nash Legal Group, with the goal of helping make people’s lives better. Always a proud Aggie, Lynne holds a BA in Speech Communication (class of 1995), a MA in Conflict Resolution and Restoration from Abilene Christian University, and a JD from Texas A&M University School of Law (class of 2016). Before law school, Lynne’s career included public relations, advertising, marketing, and mediation work. During her time at TAMU School of Law, she was highly successful in multiple ABA ADR competitions, winning the National ABA Representation in Mediation competition. In her legal career, Lynne has practiced law in multiple areas, including Family, Estate Planning, Trade (export compliance), Business Litigation, Real Property, Trade Secrets, and Employment law.
Striving to be of service, Lynne is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, vice-chairing the Morris Howell Professionalism Committee and a member of the “Mac” Taylor Inn of Court in Dallas. Lynne also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the Texas A&M University Communications Department. In 2022-23 she will serve as the President of the Texas A&M University School of Law Alumni Board. In her spare time, Lynne enjoys reading, listening to live music with her husband Steve (’95), and watching her four children become adults.
